East End Women in Black vigils will be from 5 to 5:30 pm on the first Sunday each month in Bridgehampton starting in June.
East End Women in Black vigil for peace in the middle east and an end to the occupations of Palestine and Iraq on the first Sunday each month in Bridgehampton . The vigil started in August of 2002.
The next vigil will be on October 4 at the Monument - Ocean Road and Rte 27 in Bridgehampton starting at 5 pm

On Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 12 Noon WPKN 89.5 Bridgeport and WPKM 88.7 Montauk presented an encore reading from “We Begin Here: Poems for Palestine and Lebanon”.
The monthly literary series East End Ink aired a reading from the book edited by Kathy Engel and Kamal Boullata with readers Margaret Gibson, Naomi Lazard, Kathryn Levy, Reverend Osagyefo Sekou and Kathy Engel.
It was recorded at Canio's Books in Sag Harbor in June 2007.
